I am feeling extremely sad to inform that you have been terminated from the Junior Manager post in Accounts Section from our company with effect from 1st August 2012.The management of the company was forced to take this tough decision because of your confirmed involvement in manipulating with the company finances and misappropriation of funds from the funds allocated for the future projects of the company.
An enquiry committee was set up for carrying out detailed investigation and the panel submitted its final report on 15th May 2012.The report clearly mentioned your direct involvement in the scam forcing the company to take strict action against you. Your last working day at the office would be on 30th July 2012.You are requested to submit all the official documents, identity cards and the keys of company’s property with the stores department.
