Dear Ian
I am writing this letter to inform you that lease deed no896/TH/09 signed between Peter Fletcher (Land lord) and Ian Campbell (Tenant) dated 1st March 2009 is herby terminated with effect from 30th September 2012.The reason behind termination of the lease is due to some unavoidable circumstances because of a feud among my own family members. As per the agreement the lease was to be renewed on 1st October 2012 but due to the unfavorable circumstances I am unable to renew it further. You are requested to clear all your outstanding dues of $2000(two thousand dollars only) towards the rent and electricity bills up to August 2012 before the expiry of the lease.
I would like to thank you for your long term association of more than three years with us. You will get back all your security deposit when you hand over the keys of the house to me.
